‘Habitually missing’ youth expected to drive Saskatoon to 2,700 missing person reports this year

Detective Inspector Russ Friesen says the Saskatoon police are executing a three-level plan to combat the high number of missing persons reports in the city this year.

Missing person reports are the second most frequent call police receive, and the cases keep piling up.
