Fewer Saskatoon drivers ticketed means less money for the city

A Saskatoon man who was ticketed in November for driving 106 km/hour along Circle Drive says there are not enough posted signs alerting motorists photo radar is in use.

The city is downgrading its traffic revenue forecast by $500,000 in light of increased compliance.
