Increase to Northern Residents Deduction boosts some Yukoners’ tax returns

The Northern Residents Tax Deduction has increased from $8.25 a day to $11, which means permanent residents are eligible for higher tax returns. In Whitehorse, one tax service says clients are seeing ‘a big difference.’
