Paasa Lemire, 19, is one of 18 students in a new post-secondary education program for Inuit youth. She says it’s been ‘eye-opening’ so far and hopes others will be able to attend.

Nunavik Sivunitsavut is the first program of its kind in Quebec. The post-secondary program focuses on teaching an Inuit language, humanities, government relations and physical education, all from an Inuit perspective.
