Record-setting Hamilton home price hikes help raise Teranet national index

The Teranet-National Bank composite index rose a record 1 per cent across Canada from January to February, driven higher by gains in Vancouver, Toronto and Hamilton.

Hamilton’s hot market helped pull the national housing market to a record for the biggest January-to-February increase in price, according to the Teranet-National Bank composite index released on Tuesday.
