Kamloops pilot project offers free bus passes to low-income people

The ProPASS program for low-income people in Kamloops gives them unlimited access to public transit so they can move around town to get to doctors appointments, take employment training, visit family and meet their basic needs, Glenn Hilke says.

A new pilot project in Kamloops is giving free bus passes to 25 low-income people so they can gain easier access to basic needs.
